Our major O&G client is seeking a Supply Chain Execution Specialist to join their team in Sunray, TX for a long-term assignment. Executes site Supply Chain Management administrative needs, strategy and related processes on a daily basis onsite, covering equipment, materials and services for 1 to 2 refineries. Serves as a site Supply Chain Management “go-to” person for requisitions and end users (e.g., planners, engineers, maintenance personnel) to resolve procurement and contracts-related related issues and opportunities. Utilizes Supply Chain Management resources from Corporate to backup and supplement the local site Supply Chain Management team. Supply chain requirements are met by utilizing a combination of multi-site supplier agreements and local supplier agreements. Objectives include meeting refinery PSM and occupational safety needs, while maximizing profitability through increased operational reliability and reduction of total cost of operation and ownership (TCO). Major Accountabilities: Negotiates contract terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions.
