Other Requirements: · A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience, commercial buildings preferred. · Appropriate license for trade as may be required (i.e. Journeyman or Master Electrician or City Licenses, such as Refrigeration Certificates, EPA Universal Certification, High Pressure Boiler License, High Pressure Steam Operator, etc.) · Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques and operations. · Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems. · Strong Customer Service skills. · Ability to operate manual and power-driven tools.
