Low Pay, Toxic Corporate Culture, Sexist Environment towards women, Poor Management, no accountability, Excessive work hours along mandatory weekends. Retribution if cannot work over 40 hours per week. Hostile work environment. Racist environment for African Americans with a repeated history of no advancement for them.
