The Lower School Substitute will be assigned a classroom or position to cover on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on the specific coverage needed. The Lower Substitute must be flexible and nimble to account for the most frequent daily subbing responsibilities but must also be prepared to cover a longer-term absence if necessary.
