The Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Teacher serves as a model and mentor. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children. What You'll Do: • Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards • Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching • Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth • Follow all facility policies and state regulations • Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement What We Need from You: • High school diploma / GED, or degree in a related field of study required • DCF 45 hours with VPK Endorsement Required • FL DCF Transcript - Please send transcript to ******************.
