Maintain consistent communication with students and families regarding academic progress, including daily and weekly updates. Integrate technology as a tool for learning, communication, and work-related tasks. Implement clear, consistent behavior management strategies and foster a strong sense of classroom community. Support school-wide initiatives by participating in arrival, lunch, and dismissal duties. Attend and engage in staff meetings, open houses, and parent-teacher conferences.
