Job Description

The Warehouse Associate on the Print Center team, is responsible for maintaining, cleaning and stocking the warehouse by receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, picking and shipping orders, and other duties as needed. This role also acts as a backup to our sign install department and must be willing to drive a full size cargo van to multiple locations to install signage or deliver product. Must have a fork lift operating license or be willing to get one.


Duties:


  • Manage Incoming orders in a timely manner
  • Manage inventory
  • Maintain and clean warehouse, general shop area and print equipment
  • Welcome delivery trucks; receive and track shipments
  • Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
  • Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise
  • Tag and label merchandise/materials
  • Unload and store raw materials
  • Label and stockpile material according to size, shape and type
  • Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
  • Fulfill stock orders
  • Prepare all orders for shipment
  • Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
  • Organize products
  • Meet established deadlines
  • Act as a teammate to help in each area of the Print Center when needed
  • Prepare substrates for application
  • Application of Vinyl
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Install and Deliver marketing materials and/or products as needed
  • Preforms other duties as assigned


Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both spoken and handwritten
  • Ability to multitask as well as be able to stop and start projects with little to no warning

  • Attention to Detail
  • Experience with Rasterlink or similar rip software such as Onyx, Caldera, etc. - preferred
  • Experience with Large Format Printers and finishing equipment - preferred
  • Detailed hands on craftwork such as cutting and vinyl application - preferred
  • Willingness to cross train in the large format UV print area fabricating Real Estate signage, and the color digital press area where saddle stitch, perfect bound, hard cover, brochure, flyers, and other marketing items are crafted.
