Supervisory Responsibilities: • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff. • Conduct performance evaluations. • Organize and manage staff schedules. • Handle corrective actions and terminations. • Oversee all store operations. Duties/Responsibilities: • Manage sales, expenses, payroll, and shrinkage to meet financial goals. • Utilize the Monthly Staffing Guide for optimal scheduling. • Create weekly Crew Member schedules three weeks in advance. • Implement programs that drive sales and enhance customer engagement. • Develop strategies to boost customer count and loyalty. • Collaborate with Pro Market Team Managers to grow the wholesale business. • Oversee ordering processes and profit/loss management. • Ensure timely execution of company communications. • Maintain high customer satisfaction through exemplary service. • Coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques. • Set and monitor performance goals. • Enforce operational and personnel policies. • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with asset protection standards. • Uphold legal requirements and represent the brand's values. • Stay updated through training programs. • Maintain flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends and some holidays. • Ensure timely completion of Omni orders. • Act as "Manager on Duty" and perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned.
