Job Duties The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate will execute the requirements of our Customer Service Mission and all other outlined primary operational functions. This can include, but is not limited to: Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping. Prepare shipping and processing station. Stack and restack pallets Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping. Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping. Summary: Responsible for performing polishing and finishing activities including process definition/documentation, set-up, operation and trouble-shooting necessary to meet quality and production requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Uses belt sanding, polishing wheels and other fiber wheels to polish metal components. Performs glass-bead/grit blast operations. Assists with passivation and deflashing. Uses a variety of hand and power tools. Heat treats parts as needed. Performs basic preventative maintenance functions and machine tool trouble shooting (interpret operator/maintenance manuals); cleans and lubricates machines, tools, and equipment to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter. Uses precision measuring instruments to determine component conformance to specifications. Performs other production assignments as necessary. Job Duties The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate will execute the requirements of our Customer Service Mission and all other outlined primary operational functions. This can include, but is not limited to: Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping. Prepare shipping and processing station. Stack and restack pallets Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping. Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping. Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with shipping provider. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures. This opportunity offers a motivated candidate the ability to work at Whistling Straits. **Specific Responsibilities** + Greet, welcome and assist all guests on their purchasing needs and educate them on the products and services provided. + Assist in overall organization of store by making sure that size runs are complete and merchandise is in the proper location and folded or hung neatly. + Continually learn more about the products carried in the shop through vendor presentations and supervisor/associate meetings. + Assist in maintenance of store: Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, glass and window cleaning, sweeping, garbage removal, etc. + Suggestive sell our retail offerings, in-shop promotions and inform guests of events. Cashiering and finalizing the Sale: opening and closing of register, ringing sales (cash, credit card, gift certificate, room charges etc), processing coupons, discounts, markdowns, and end-of-day reports. + Assist in checking in shipments and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor. + Assist with physical Inventory counts and reconciliation. + Assist with tagging of new merchandise and preparing merchandise for store floor. + Be knowledgeable about and be able to promote the Destination Kohler Resort and the Village of Kohler: van service, directions, restaurants and menus, hours of operation etc. + Complete other tasks assigned within job scope *This is a seasonal position for 2025 from May through October working 20-24 hours. Hours will vary between 7am-9pm.
