The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting the selling process and the basic operations of the store, by contributing to the customers' exceptional shopping experience through greeting, stock, care, fitting room control, process basic transactions promptly and accurately, and ensuring the backroom is organized and running in an effective, productive and safe manner. What you'll do... We are hiring Shipping and Receiving Coordinators for our Frederick, MD Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations facility. This position requires you to work onsite. Schedule: Full-time 1st shift - candidates must be available to work between the hours of 6am to 6pm, 4 days per week, it is a 10-hour shift, it is a rotating schedule. The Warehouse Associate position will be dedicated and focused working on a specific project within the warehouse. Project consists of conducting a visual inspection of the equipment replace missing/worn bands and record the number replaced. Available Shift Times: FH Night: Sun-Wed 6:30pm - 5:00am - $21.00 RT Night: Thur-Sat 6:30pm - 5:00am - $22.50 Key Responsibilities: Perform project work following the processes and expectations provided during training. Visually inspect equipment. Replace missing/worn bands. Record/document items replaced. Troubleshoot problems. Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements. Ability to speak/read in English. The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. This is a general labor position that will prioritize and pick product to fill orders, and physically move and lift product weighing as much as 150 pounds. * Load and unload delivery trucks - Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds. * Designate and organize the warehouse stock by product line and by physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow * Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building; keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse * Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of products to vendor, etc. and segregate defective product from normal flow of inventory * Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading * Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts * Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required. * Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in the daily closing of the warehouse. The Job The Pacers Running Warehouse Associate will be involved in the daily operation of the warehouse, including order packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and the operation of warehouse equipment and computer systems.
