The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing and harness the power of High Performance Teams. All associates at the Spartanburg site will have accountability to both a functional business unit in addition to the full site operation. The site will run on first-in-class enterprise IT and warehouse execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement equipment.
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes for maintaining and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. You will be responsible for contributing to the team's ability to deliver the operating performance of the DC business unit. In this role, you will be expected to have an in depth understanding of the operations and software systems of the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that will require you to enable the warehouse to perform at peak efficiency, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and actively participate in continuous improvement within the business unit team. Working within a highly automated TPM-based environment, the Warehouse Worker will be expected to execute standardized processes following standard work in a High Performing Team based environment. This role works with inbound, outbound, and in the Raw Material Production Area.
**Shift & Schedule:**
+ This is a full time position on **Nights 2 shift** working our 12 hr shift schedule working on a **3-4 rotation** . Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

**What you will do:**
+ Deliver best-in-class performance across the balanced Scorecard

JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for accounting for inventory as well as transferring or replenishing inventory in the warehouse. This position may also be responsible for receiving inventory and sending inventory to retail locations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing stock and inventory control.
Ensure accurate cycle counting, reporting, stock withdrawal generation and training while maintaining inventory integrity.
Responsible for storing and inventory of products when required.
Read orders to ascertain description sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
Identify product discrepancies and proactively resolve issues regarding them.
Accurately verify that all piece counts on Purchase Orders, Packing slips and the actual product match
Perform tasks related to shipping and transportation of orders; perform all functions of cargo handling including, but not limited to processing, loading, and off-loading freight.
Builds and breaks down cargo containers and pallets using necessary equipment.
Sorts, dimentionalizes and label freight using necessary equipment.
Participates in the 5S Program.
Understands, follows, and enforces the Supply Chain Philosophy. Has a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
Ensures the security of the property by adhering to protection and access policies and procedures and lock up procedures.
Adhere to SOP.
Offload freight and receive in inventory.
Pick store allocations for inventory being transferred to retail locations.
All other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalency
Knowledge of LISA WMS, Microsoft Office, and Motorola handheld scanners a plus
Working knowledge of pallet jack and/or forklift certified a plus.
Able to work all areas of the warehouse operation based on the needs of the organization.
Math Skills: Inventory associates will be using basic math to add inventory.
Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and duties at the same time.

Job Overview: The Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility in addition to hosting a full beverage distribution center. Spartanburg is one of the largest KDRP manufacturing and distribution location. The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing and harness the power of High Performance Teams.
All associates at the Spartanburg site will have accountability to both a functional business unit in addition to the full site operation.
The site will run on first-in-class enterprise IT and warehouse execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement equipment.
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes for maintaining and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.
You will be responsible for contributing to the team's ability to deliver the operating performance of the DC business unit.
In this role, you will be expected to have an in depth understanding of the operations and software systems of the warehouse.
This is a hands-on role that will require you to enable the warehouse to perform at peak efficiency, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and actively participate in continuous improvement within the business unit team.
Working within a highly automated TPM-based environment, the Warehouse Worker will be expected to execute standardized processes following standard work in a High Performing Team based environment.
This role works with inbound, outbound, and in the Raw Material Production Area.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on Nights 2 shift working our 12 hr shift schedule working on a 3-4 rotation.
