Primary Responsibilities: · Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and palletizing based on pick tickets. · Verify packed and palletized products against shipment BOL(s). · Load packed shipments onto trucks. · Relocate stock to ensure FIFO compliance and optimize picking routes. · Replenish packing materials as needed. · Work in cooler temperature conditions (34-38°F). · Load and unload trucks as per load plans. · Review load plans for accuracy and proper truck positioning. · Receive, count, tag, and distribute incoming materials to designated areas. · Running production and locating products to put away in the warehouse (crane WH). · Verify all production tickets match the product. according to Ticketing & locating SOP. · Assist in inventory and cycle counts. · Relocate stock for FIFO compliance and efficient picking routes. · Maintain the warehouse to meet GMP standards, ensuring readiness for FDA and AIB inspections. · Operate ASRS equipment following SOP guidelines. · Configure orders for daily shipments and prepare small parts packages. · Occasionally required to work overtime. · Able to operate a forklift/fork truck · Entry level computer skills and knowledge of Fedex shipping procedures is a plus · Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English have basic math skills. The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery. Your safety is our top priority. Qualifications * Warehouse experience preferred * Ability to lift 50+ pounds * Comfort with heights up to 30 ft * Ability to follow direction and change priorities * Good verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus * Ability to work in cold temperatures for an extended period of time * Interest in operating material handling equipment (Forklifts, Order-picker, ect) * High School Diploma/GED preferred Responsibilities * Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. * Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed. * Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
