Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for an Inventory Specialists to join a client's team in Andrews. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided guidelines. The Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with this position operating Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM:
• Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area
• Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles
• Determine operational capability of motor vehicles
• Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles
• Maintain inventory of all materials used
• Compliance to company policies and procedures
Compensation:
$18/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

How you will make an Impact:
The Warehouse Associate Sr is responsible for ordering parts, components, and materials and managing inventory to support Maintenance operations. Responsibilities:

* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and properly store all items to Atlas warehouse standards.
* Order and track parts, track backorder items and follow up with with vendors.
* Maintain updated parts and component ordering catalogs, manage parts life cycle via Epicor or equivalent business platform.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe material handling practices in the warehouse, around the warehouse, all storage areas, and other designated areas.
* Ensure all on-hand inventory balances are accurate.
* Issue parts/components/materials to maintenance and production personnel.
* Prepare and forward all documentation - including but not limited to: purchase orders, parts requests, work orders, received goods and packing lists.
* Leads in performing regular inventories and cycle counts on parts/materials/components established by Warehouse Manager.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with plant personnel, management and all vendors.
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment including a forklift safely.
* Ability to train other Warehouse Associates.
* Participate in safety programs and conduct warehouse safety audits as needed.
