Key Responsibilities: • Offload and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage. • Unload loads either manually or with the assistance of equipment. • Document damage or shipping discrepancies on the packing list and other related paperwork to be provided to suppliers if necessary. • Communicate any issues noticed in the receiving process to management in an effort to improve the process. • Contact appropriate parties such as purchasing, sales, or any other related party to communicate issues with materials being received. • Organize, rearrange, and stock materials to make room for future inbound shipments of materials. • Document location of materials so they can be located in the future. • Enter quantities of materials received into BisTrack. • Load customers with their purchased materials. Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED required. • Able to lift 75lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions • Ability to analyze technical problems, determine root causes and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolutions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to recommend changes to drive business objectives. • Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, making clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. • Ability to independently think and identify issues and problem solve with minimal help from management. • Knowledge and ability to operate tools required to accomplish tasks such as a forklift, cart, hammer, pencil, clipboard, etc. • Skilled in basic math functions. • Ability to think and work independently. • Possesses a skilled operational mentality. • Skilled in situational problem solving.     The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks.
