Verify all procedures for receiving
Verify code dates on BOLs and pallets
Coordinate with offices for appointments and other issues
Assist with daily issues as they arise.

Track reports that are done throughout the day; who short, article dwell, lot rotation, and others
Help out with all other functions at the table. Lot rotation, lost pallets, track pullers production, and others
Identify and fix damages
Conduct daily safety meetings
Have an understandable knowledge of the operator's Manual
Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times.
Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs
Other duties as assigned.

Support the operations of Weeks Group's full-service warehousing and delivery hub by executing daily tasks related to logistics, inventory management, quality control, and delivery. Enable data center contractors to focus on construction by ensuring efficient handling and care of sensitive equipment under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling Fragile, Multi-Million Dollar Equipment: Follow established processes to safely handle, store, and transport sensitive, high-value data center equipment, ensuring care and minimizing damage.
Operational Support: Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, quality checks, and preparing items for delivery, to maintain seamless workflows.
Inventory & Delivery Support: Update and maintain accurate data in the Inventory Management System as directed. Assist in preparing delivery schedules and coordinating with the team to meet client timelines.
Quality Assurance & Environmental Control Support: Perform quality assurance tasks per established protocols, such as inspecting equipment for damage or defects. Monitor and report on environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) to protect inventory integrity.
Client Relations Support: Provide accurate inventory and delivery data to support client updates, ensuring reliable information is available under the Warehouse Manager's guidance.
Risk Management Assistance: Adhere to insurance and compliance guidelines during tasks, reporting any risks or issues (e.g., equipment damage, safety hazards) to the Warehouse Manager.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of the warehouse team, participating in training and following safety and service standards to execute client warehousing and logistics needs effectively.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or training in logistics, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1+ years in warehousing or logistics (preferred).
Experience handling sensitive or expensive equipment, ideally data center electronics, is a plus.
Certifications:
OSHA Forklift and Telehandler Training certification (per 29 CFR 1910.178(l)) or willingness to obtain within 21 days of hire.
Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain within 21 days of hire.
Skills:
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic environmental monitoring tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Minimum

Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
Inform customers of frozen food specials.
Recommend frozen food items to customers to ensure they get the products they want and need.
Check product quality to ensure freshness. Review “sell by” dates and take appropriate action.
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
Display a positive attitude.
Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are maintained.
Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair.
Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
Report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud.
Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
