Pros of working at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates

the company keeps going backwards. Leadership and HR promote agendas and do not listen to employees.

Cons of working at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates

Senior Leadship has no direction. Many are leading areas they know nothing about. they do not listen to employees. This has only gotten worse with constant turnover and the company getting sold by it's parent company Altria. HR also does not listen to the employees when they bring up concerns about employee retention, wages and work enviorment.
