Duties and Responsibilities

Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession. Typical activities include:
Detecting, preventing, and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the land borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.
Responding to electronic sensor alarms; interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence; using infrared scopes during night operations.

Position Overview

Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant experience in nonprofit management, preferably within arts, education, or cultural sectors.
Demonstrated success in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
Experience developing and managing arts or educational programs.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Financial literacy and experience with budget management.
Comfort working in a small team environment with seasonal program intensity.
A deep appreciation for the arts, education, and community engagement.
Knowledge of or connection to the Adirondack region is a plus.
Salary: 60K - 65K
