**Responsibilities :**
+ Move and spot stage scenic elements during our Broadway/West End Style Musical Theater Productions and be responsible for performer harness checks and flying hook-ups during our musical theater productions and entertainment events shipwide
+ Partner with Automation Operator to maintain all shipwide automation and rigging systems to ensure good repair and proper usage for outdoor deck parties, shows, and events
+ Train in all outdoor rigging positions to safely operate during shows
+ Be an important contributor to the Walt Disney Theater Team with responsibilities for load in and load outs, Cast changeovers, new show installations, equipment tests, vendor support, movie premiers and company events
**Basic Qualifications :**
+ Minimum three years show production experience in a similar role
+ Experience or qualifications in a theatrical/Entertainment-based rigging operation

Responsibilities
The Staging Technician is responsible for performing the receiving, racking and stacking process and the shipping of a variety Data Equipment. The Staging Technician will work directly with Engineers, Project Managers and Program Managers on projects that need to be staged, racked, stacked and possible pre-configuration before shipping to a customer's site.
Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Take receipt of delivered shipments.
Verify the quantities and part numbers against the OEM or Customer packing slip. Note shortages and damage if applicable.
Identify product, generate, and issue a Serialized Bar Code.
Apply the Serialized Bar Code to the equipment and capture the serial number and MAC address or other pertinent information.
Receive equipment into the project assigned virtual warehouse(s) within the NWN Plano Distribution Inventory Database.
Project communication within the assigned Project Case Number in the Service Now Ticket.
Rack switches, routers and other equipment subsequently connecting the equipment to Consoles for VPN access connectivity.
Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and Program Managers for racked equipment for guidance and instructions.
Labeling host name information on the equipment and container box.
Load software and firmware.
Once pre-staging is complete remove equipment from the rack(s), pack the equipment and prepare it for shipping.
Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Stock received deliveries in their designated area(s).
NetSuite System functions.
Write outbound Ship Order within the NWN Plano Distribution Inventory Database.
Keep work area clean and always organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The following are minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:
High School diploma required.

The Staging Technician will work directly with Engineers, Project Managers and Program Managers on projects that need to be staged, racked, stacked and possible pre-configuration before shipping to a customer's site.
Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Take receipt of delivered shipments.
* Verify the quantities and part numbers against the OEM or Customer packing slip. Note shortages and damage if applicable.
* Identify product, generate, and issue a Serialized Bar Code.
* Apply the Serialized Bar Code to the equipment and capture the serial number and MAC address or other pertinent information.
* Receive equipment into the project assigned virtual warehouse(s) within the NWN Plano Distribution Inventory Database.
* Project communication within the assigned Project Case Number in the Service Now Ticket.
* Rack switches, routers and other equipment subsequently connecting the equipment to Consoles for VPN access connectivity.
* Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and Program Managers for racked equipment for guidance and instructions.
* Labeling host name information on the equipment and container box.
* Load software and firmware.
* Once pre-staging is complete remove equipment from the rack(s), pack the equipment and prepare it for shipping.
Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Stock received deliveries in their designated area(s).
* NetSuite System functions.
* Write outbound Ship Order within the NWN Plano Distribution Inventory Database.
* Keep work area clean and always organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to effectively fulfill orders received from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment and unloads incoming shipment from trucks/ back-hauls.
• Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participates in-taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers, suppliers and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information.
• Provides input to the warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes.
• Inspects product, consults with the warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns and sanitation issues.
• Acts and decides independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assists warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Performs all assigned tasks, accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures.
• Follows the ergonomic program according to established procedures.
• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions.
• Notifies management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:
• Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments).
• Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
