Position Summary:

Performs efficiently in emergency situations; remains calm, uses good judgment and follows established protocols.
Utilizes appropriate techniques in performing venipuncture to obtain blood specimens in accordance with agency procedure.
Verbalizes knowledge of and adheres to OSHA standards for blood-borne pathogens when handling blood and body fluids.
Assesses personal learning needs and demonstrates commitment to professional growth by attending continuing education seminars.
Provides a safe and secure environment for patients, family, staff and self through the appropriate application of established safety and infection control principles.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
CLINIC OPERATIONS:
Manages the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.

Required:
