• Inspect, repair, and adjust Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and related equipment using electrical test equipment, circuit diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Process technicians must work to arrange for repair and replacement of instruments and control systems that fail to operate. They must continuously monitor all operation processes so that a malfunction is immediately recognized and corrected.

• Minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in industrial control system development and troubleshooting.

• Must have proven experience with the following HMI or SCADA software packages Wonderware, Rockwell, ControlNet, Device Net.
• Strong PLC skills with expertise in system administrative and maintenance activities, and hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience programming in multiple languages that are IEC 61131-3 compliant, such as RSLogix 5000.
• An associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Technology or related military service training programs. Additional professional training.
• Additional experience with machinery repair and control systems.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Support the plant sanitation activities in all areas of the facility. This role will be involved in all aspects of sanitation and food safety, including but not limited to audits, HACCP program execution, sanitation, and working with operations personnel on sanitation issues. Work with production to coordinate and track food safety/plant initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Clean and maintain all walls, ceilings, floors, pipes and miscellaneous fixtures as required.
• Assist in the cleaning of all processing equipment.
• Help with the Pest Control program by alerting Pest Control Service of any sightings.
• Assist in GMP / Sanitation Audits.
• Learn the usage and application of different cleaning compounds and sanitizers utilized at the plant to ensure chemical management program is in compliance.
• Participate in training related to Sanitation and Food Safety.
• Solid working knowledge of operations and corresponding systems.
• Assist in the maintenance of sanitation requirements and related training.
• Perform wastewater sampling and analysis as directed by Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
