The In Home Sales Specialist is a vital role in Services sales execution, providing customers the right home improvement products, with the best service and value, from the comfort of their home. In Home Sales Specialist deliver a superior client experience by accurately assessing customer needs and swiftly creating a final quote/proposal. This associate spends most of their time in our customer homes or other locations to discuss project plans. Essential Functions:
• Discover customers' needs and offer solutions to them through the company's services or products

Minimum Requirements:
• High School or GED and 1-2 years residential construction experience (e.g., home building or renovations) OR face-to-face sales experience (alternative to experience as a Lowe's Sales Specialist)
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State - Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Youth Support Specialist position is responsible for sharing with other staff the responsibility for creating and maintaining a therapeutic milieu by creating a trauma informed environment. This is achieved in part by supervising youth 24 hours per day, assisting youth with daily living, providing individual and group counseling and support, and ensuring the safety and welfare of all youth in care at New Directions Youth & Family Services, Inc within NDYFS Normative Culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Directly supervise youth in care and administer to the physical needs of youth in care daily. 2. Dispense prescribed medications to children under the supervision of the Nurse and keep an accurate record of dispensation. Maintain Medication Administration Certification. 3. Create and maintain a trauma informed environment to support youth in achieving self-regulation and reaching their therapeutic goals. 4. Provide therapeutic crisis intervention in the event of acute emotional and/or physical acting out and educate, provide and utilize sensory items to assist in self-regulation. 5. YMCA Camp Weona (CampWeona.com) is nestled among 800 acres of hills and forests in Gainesville, NY.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Plans and implements a specialized program segment within the program design, such as arts & crafts, archery, high/low ropes, rock wall climbing, sports, and STEM.
GENERAL WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a residential position where food and lodging are provided during hours of work. The work week follows the camper session which begins each Sunday and ends on Friday with a 24 hour break in-between. Dates of employment include a week of training starting June 22, 2025, 7 weeks of program, and concludes on August 16, 2025.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop a daily schedule of activities relating to the specialty program allowing for flexibility and progression.
Provide the supervisor with weekly program plans, materials list and objectives to be accomplished.
Assist in camp training to demonstrate program activities in relation to camp themes.
Ensure effective communication with staff and parents of campers.
Develop and maintain positive, open communication between campers and camp staff.
Responsible for the setup and breakdown of the specialty area, and for the maintenance and control of supplies and equipment.
Submit a complete report at the end of summer which includes an inventory of equipment, program narrative, staff evaluation and future recommendations for improvement.
Assist with the implementation of the overall camp program. Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
Maintain the work rules and regulations as stated by YMCA Buffalo Niagara and the NYS Health Department.
Follow and enforce department protocol to clean and disinfect commonly used surfaces. Ensure PPE compliance.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of program/work areas.
Implement ongoing safety checks to assure a healthy and safe camp environment. Implement emergency procedures when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have one or more years of experience in camping, group work, recreation, or a related field.
Must have experience and meet all the necessary qualifications/certifications related to the specialty program as required by YMCA Buffalo Niagara and regulatory agencies.
Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate.
Daily pay rate: $63.00

Delegate job tasks to Rehab Laborers with proper instructions for job completion and inspect their completed work.
Installation of energy saving and Health and Safety devices such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, duct mastic, LED lighting, energy saving shower heads, etc.
Complete caulking and air sealing of interior and exterior locations
Install dryer vents where needed, along with hose as required
