Job Summary Working with our staging team, incumbent operates independently to prepare technology hardware and software for project installations. As applicable, design network architectures by building, virtual LANs, IP Address schemes, and firewall configurations to support secure networks considering both VLANs and IP schemes. Individual will configure multiple technology platforms and work with installation team to meet shipping/installation timelines. Successful individuals typically have experience with configuring cctv, networks and wifi hardware, voice, computers and servers. Individual will have general knowledge of operating systems and understanding of implementation scripts and config documents on hardware. . Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Work with limited oversight, operating independently to prepare network hardware and software for project installations. Proactively initiates testing and deploying updates to network infrastructure including critical firmware and operating system patches. As needed, receive, unpack, label, configure, and stage network hardware equipment, including switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and servers. Job Type: Full-time / Monday - Friday / No Nights or Weekends Hours: 7:30a - 3:30p Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Skills: Possess understanding and knowledge of horticulture programs as well as the ability to be innovative with projects and activities Work in partnership with Gardens and Grounds Keeping Specialists to aid in produce production and trail maintenance Perform a variety of duties related to organizing task schedules, participant task assignments, and prioritizing projects within assigned area Possess understanding and knowledge of how to properly use all equipment in gardens and grounds Assist in implementation of procedures which would make gardens and grounds operations run smoothly, organized and communicate to gardens/grounds staff Mentoring new staff in the horticulture area on participants and procedures Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward co-workers, staff, participants and outside community Lead, guide, mentor, and provide direct support for the horticulture program The position will be responsible for providing skills assessment and enhancement based on each participant's individual needs while working to ensure the health and safety of participants providing an environment that fosters both growth and development Assist with any and all direct support needs within the organization Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working with individuals with developmental disabilities/Autism 2 years of leadership experience strongly preferred Experience working in gardening / groundskeeping strongly preferred Ability to create schedules and activity plans strongly preferred Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical Must have a Valid Driver License with ability to be insured License/Certification: Drivers License (Required) Work Location: In person Full benefit package offered including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, short term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, and Employer Resource Network (ERN) assistance.
