Accurately reviews event information at operations meetings and sets the team up for success with providing event cheat sheets, accurate # of drink tickets and wristbands for each group as needed. Solicits business through cold-calling and outside sales visits. Oversees booked business to ensure client satisfaction, informing departments on event status and follows established guidelines and time frames. Coordinates the rental of any additional items sold for the event. Documents event details at the completion of each event for use in planning and executing future events. Mechanic Primary Responsibilities: Repair equipment using appropriate tools to conform to U-Haul standards. Effectively follow work-order directions. Perform work in a timely manner.
