    Specialist Job In Amarillo, TX

    We are looking for a Full Time Calendar Specialist who is looking to gain excellent hands-on experience in the retention and schedule field in a company with great company culture! This role requires an individual who is extremely organized, well-spoken and has high attention to detail. While some Calendar experience is important, a willingness to learn and take ownership on assigned tasks through completion is paramount. Schedule Monday to Friday 8 hours (9-5) in office only. Responsibilities Ensure tech platforms and other studio operations run smoothly Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening Address customer concerns and provide solutions Educate customers on the value of our services Using data entry to change paper records to a digital format Keeping accurate records of deposits that they receive from customers Creating reports for supervisors and providing digital or paper copies of records when requested Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems MS Office Certification is a plus 2+ years' experience in scheduling and retention Effective written and verbal communication Ability to organize anything Professional personal presentation Job Types Full Time, Permanent Salary $15 - $20 per hour Davy Knapp Photography has been in business 22 years creating centerpiece portraits for busy families so their family's love and connection can stand out in a world of distraction.
