Pros of working at South Wood County YMCA
The best part of working here was the flexibility in schedule, however I was also a salary exempt employee
Cons of working at South Wood County YMCA
It is a very toxic environment, heavily micro-managed by the branch executive director, and the CEO is afraid to do anything because he's in trouble with the board
South Wood County YMCA Benefits
Being able to have my daughter spend time in my office with me
What do you like best about South Wood County YMCA's CEO and the leadership team?
Nothing. They put on a good show to get you to open up, and then twist everything you say and use it against you
How would you improve South Wood County YMCA's culture?
Remove the top directors, including the CEO, branch executive director and child care director, and start over. Also, do away with the raging nepotism.
How did you prepare for the South Wood County YMCA interview?
I didn't prepare, but now you need to prep for multiple interviews, with all of the other directors, and put together a presentation.
