Job Description
Responsible for dunnage sorting which includes separating pallets, top frames and tier sheets for staging and storage to support production
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Must be able to learn and comply with all Amcor Rigid Packaging's safety rules/regulations.
Separate pallets, top frames and tier sheets for staging and storage to support production.
Identify damaged dunnage for removal and repair.
Maintain records, complete paperwork and documentation as required and assigned.
Perform miscellaneous support tasks throughout warehouse and/or manufacturing areas.
Review production schedule and arrange for dunnage in advance of production.
Problem solve issues with dunnage supply
Audit for quality concerns/issues related to dunnage (infestations, damage etc) and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Support Material Handler teams as needed.
Support cycle counting and inventory control duties as assigned.
Support Warehouse department with special projects as needed.
