Principal Accountabilities
* Monitor USDA-FSIS regulatory activities and plant compliance with regulatory standards

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Pallet Sorter is responsible for removing debris from and manually sorting pallets by type and condition to meet requirements of PLA standards and production goals. Safely remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets.
Sort pallets by hand in a neat and orderly fashion.

Maintain established rate per hour to ensure productivity, efficiency, and safety.

Principal Accountabilities
* Monitor USDA-FSIS regulatory activities and plant compliance with regulatory standards
