Responsibilities:
Recognize and identify diseases in poultry
Inspect birds for pathology issues and contamination to ensure compliance with Federal Guidelines
Monitor and communicate with the Sorter's helper to ensure that the correct tag and marking system is used to identify bird pathology and other carcass inspection issues.
Communicate with USDA officials and Plant Management on technical issues and complete necessary inspection documentation

Laundry Staff Description A laundry staff employee is responsible for making sure the Angus Barn linens are clean, sanitary and pressed. For the most part this position is self-paced and self-supervised. A laundry staff employee usually works with one other person. Therefore, a team member must be able to work well within a small team environment.
Roll linen bins 8 - 12 yds. from the loading area to the washing machines. Bins may be as heavy as 65 - 75 pounds to push/pull. Linen bins have wheels on them.
Press linens with a roller press. Set heat setting as to not damage linens. Dryers and rolling press is located next to each other.
Set aside for other uses damaged, stained or torn linens.
Hang or bag pressed linens as not to wrinkle them.
Load clean linens into laundry bins for transport to the restaurant.
Roll linen bins 6 - 8 yds. onto the truck to be transported to the restaurant. Bins may be as heavy as 65 - 75 pounds to push/pull.
Qualifications
Work hours are flexible for days that high temperatures are expected. Also hours may need to be adjusted if linens are needed earlier than normal restaurant business hours. High volume days, hours may be extended. 90% - 95% of the day is spent standing. Short breaks may be taken as needed and a 30 minute lunch period is provided.

PHYSICAL DEMAND

Our Donations Sorters/Pricers are the “face of Goodwill” to the donors who make our work possible.
Donations Sorters/Pricers are team-oriented, friendly and go out of their way to help our donors. They are able to lift incoming donations (up to 50 lbs.) and are able to evaluate the merchandise and price it appropriately. We seek individuals who make work a priority and who enjoy meeting high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Donations Sorters/Pricers will be responsible for the following duties:
Greeting donors and unloading donated goods.
Providing friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
Maintaining a safe and neat work environment- taking pride in the efficiency of their area.
Position may include cross-training in the following areas: Cash Register, Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production style setting. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
