Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Americas Lead within our Server, Storage and Backup team. Reporting directly to the Manager of Global Server Storage and Backup, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, strategy implementation, and providing technical leadership across server storage and backup platforms in the Americas. This is a remote position requiring up to 25% travel annually, offering the flexibility to work remotely within the United States while maintaining a strong connection to our global team. Roles and Responsibilities: + Lead the design, implementation, and support of server storage and backup solutions utilizing technologies such as Pure, NetApp, Cisco UCS, Rubrik, and Ansible within the Americas region. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to regional team members and collaborate with global counterparts for consistent service delivery. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure solutions. + Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, planning necessary scaling, upgrades, and improvements to meet business needs while adhering to global standards. + Lead problem management efforts for server, storage, and backup services, utilizing ServiceNow to drive root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions that prevent recurrence of issues. + Ensure compliance with ISO 20000, ISO 27000 standards, and actively participate in annual SOX certification processes. + Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, policies, and procedures. Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues within the region, ensuring prompt resolution. + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Security, Network, Compliance, and Application Development. + Work closely with regional leads in APAC and EMEA to ensure server, storage, and backup strategies are aligned and consistently implemented across all regions. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications): + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Must be a US Person. + Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in server storage and backup infrastructure management. + Demonstrated expertise with Pure Storage, NetApp, Cisco UCS, Rubrik, and automation via Ansible or similar technologies. + Proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and teams. + Experience ensuring compliance with ISO 20000, ISO 27000, and SOX controls. + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications): + Experience leading remote teams and fostering a collaborative remote work environment. + Advanced certifications in server, storage or backup technologies. + Familiarity with additional automation and orchestration tools.
