Position Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Solar Technician to support our growing service and installation teams. This role provides remote troubleshooting and technical assistance for residential solar PV systems, battery systems, and energy-related home equipment. You'll be working closely with field technicians, electricians, and project managers to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction-all from the comfort of your home (or favorite coffee shop with Wi-Fi).
