**Troubleshooting issues with existing processes and programs and working with business to resolve, test and migrate fixes to Production environment
**Maintaining and enhancing existing processes based on business input and ensure proper testing and validation before migrating to Production environment
**Direct the day-to-day work and priorities of the team assigned to support and enhance the Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related area.
**10+ years of experience in technical application development or related field
**7+ years of experience with reading and writing SQL
**Extensive experience and knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Global Workforce, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning, Service Desk, etc.)
**Experience in leading, guiding, and directing a team of IT professionals either directly and/or in a project setting.
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Proven ability to gather detailed technical requirements to design and develop applications from beginning to end.

+ Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
+ 12+ years' experience in SAP OTC Build/Run preferred
+ Full-Cycle SAP OTC implementation
+ SAP OTC Solution discovery, Options analysis and Build guidance.
+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
+ Strong business acumen in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution space.
+ Superior knowledge of processes and technology with deep hands-on knowledge in all the areas of OTC domain.
