Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. Lead the development and integration of project strategies which may cross several teams; evaluate alternatives against agreed criteria. What you'll bring BS in relevant engineering discipline, MS preferred and at least 10 or more years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in engineering subject areas (e.g. fluid flow, thermodynamics, heat transfer, engineering materials). Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, purchasing practices and process validation and relevant code. Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience. Ability to lead multiple multi-functional teams simultaneously. Ability to shape and influence outside of immediate scope of responsibility.
