Expertise in VPN (IPsec, SSL VPN), DNS, DHCP and PKI
At least one year of experience as a network administrator or equivalent
Well-developed interpersonal, communication (oral & written English), good customer service skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and end users, at all levels
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Self initiative to follow through until issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our users
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
