Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field;
1-3+ years of progressive responsibility in Technology roles focused on contributions to project deliverables
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Prior experience with managing, tracking and monitoring several projects at a time
Career focus on application implementations over infrastructure
Familiar with project management/SCRUM tools and software (IE: Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Kanban boards)

The applicable base salary range for this role is $96,500 to $168,800.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Individual shall be working toward the relevant certifications within one and a half year after assuming duties: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification.
Six (6) years of experience, to include: Software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation.
Demonstrated years of experience, to include: Database development, Web page design, Computer Based Training development, and using .NET tools and .net Integrated Development Environment tools, asp.net, SQL Server 2000, and HTML editor tools.
Active US Secret level clearance.
