You will bring your technical knowledge and experience to design, develop, implement, enhance, and maintain Serialization Execution System (SES) solutions, including Guardian, Sentris, and Advisor, and automation integration with our Packaging lines, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
Must have a strong understanding of packaging processes and practices is essential to effectively collaborate with cross-functional Engineering and packaging teams and drive continuous improvement in our packaging operations.
You will bring technical leadership to drive Global Serialization releases to completion. You must have a combination of technical and soft skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Must conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the test line to ensure system reliability and accuracy of data.
Must ensure documented processes and procedures are in place for all activities to meet quality and compliance standards.
Must develop a deep understanding of the Serialization solutions deployed to meet Lilly's global serialization strategy for packaging.
Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Computer System Validation (CSV) regulations, will be vital in ensuring documented processes and procedures meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Must have Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills are required to identify and address issues, optimize system performance, and enhance packaging efficiency.
Must have Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical concepts and requirements.

Your Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT related field, engineering or science or related technical field
1+ years packaging, automation, or software experience, specifically related to packaging processes and equipment
2+ years experience in GMPs and computer systems validation (CSV)
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, US and international.
Will require occasional work in a variety of manufacturing environments; some safety equipment and/or gowning may be required.
This is NOT a remote position and requires on site presence - 5 days per week onsite.
