Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job: * Proven experience in Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, and .NET-based application deployments. * Strong knowledge of SQL Server (installation, configuration, query optimization, and backup management). * Expertise in Windows-based networking, Active Directory integration, and security configurations. * Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation tools for system configuration and maintenance. * Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates, firewalls, authentication mechanisms, and security protocols. * Experience working with cloud-hosted environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues. * Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
