What You'll Do:
Develop & Maintain Automated Testing - Design, develop, and support scalable automated test scripts that enhance software reliability and performance.
Define Test Strategies - Assist in shaping and maintaining an effective test automation strategy.
Execute Testing & Troubleshoot Issues - Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data, tracking and escalating defects as needed.
Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with IT, Business teams, and Developers to ensure thorough and meaningful test coverage.
Support Production Issues - Occasionally take ownership of production support questions, learning existing applications, querying databases, and providing timely resolutions.
Ensure Quality & Documentation - Follow best practices to ensure high-quality releases, maintain thorough documentation, and keep task-tracking tools updated.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience - A Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 2-4 years of relevant experience in software testing, automation, or quality assurance.
Technical Expertise - Experience with automated testing frameworks, scripting languages, and database querying is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyze limited requirements, design effective test cases, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Attention to Detail - A keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring software meets performance expectations.
Strong Communication & Collaboration - Ability to work across teams, communicate effectively, and escalate issues when needed.
