Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media Managemen t Develop social media strategy in collaboration with marketing managers to build brand presence both for customers and recruiting individuals. Lead social media content management through gathering of content, idea generation, and audience engagement. Own and maintain social media content calendar in collaboration with other marketing team members. Manage company voice and posting strategy across social media channels in collaboration with marketing strategy leads. Coordinate social content with marketing campaigns, including paid boosting. Engage with customers, vendors and other relationships within social channels to grow audience and interaction on social channels. Campaign and Always-On Content Development Assist in the planning, implementation and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional media. Work with employees to gather and fulfill marketing needs and requests for assets. Collaborate with external vendors as needed to support marketing programs and initiatives. Ensure brand messaging aligns across all marketing channels and materials. Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and influence future strategies. Event Support Coordinate logistics for various events, tradeshows, and conferences. This could include pre-event planning, on-site support (where appropriate), and post-event evaluation. Plan Annual Sales Meeting for the company including booking speakers, scheduling, registrations, and event collateral. Organize customer-facing events, collaborating with internal team and aligning on goals and deliverables. Collaborate on plans for company sponsored events, coordinating any print materials and giveaways that are needed and assisting employees that are attending. Arrange internal employee appreciation events (small and large), ensuring recognition programs foster engagement and a positive work environment. Additional Support & Project Coordination Coordinate apparel orders for employees, ensuring consistent brand representation in the market. Maintain customer lists where appropriate, keeping information up to date, and organized by division and location. Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and other items as needs arise. Organize and maintain an efficient file management system for marketing assets and materials. Stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools to enhance marketing effectiveness. Occasionally support corporate teams and executive leadership with general office tasks. Skills and Competencies: 2+ years of full-time marketing experience required. Background or familiarity with agriculture industry highly desired. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in marketing, public relations, communication, journalism or related field a plus. Knowledge of programs, such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Stockpress, and Microsoft 365. Comfortability and/or experience with video production and editing desired. Strong organizational and project management skills. Helpful attitude, willing to lend a hand and step in where needed. Proven work experience in marketing and administrative tasks, or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
