Duties and Responsibilities:
Animal Husbandry
Feed collection animals the appropriate diet including use of proper supplementation.

Requirements:
Minimum two-year degree in one of the natural sciences or a closely related discipline, four-year degree preferred. At least two years of work experience at a zoological facility or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required work skills, knowledge, and abilities. A working knowledge of reptile and amphibian natural history and husbandry. Experience with venomous snakes preferred. This position will work primarily with amphibians. Candidates with this experience will be preferred.

Objectives:
The Security Officer position supports TPAC events, programming, and its venues to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees of TPAC by maintaining the department's policies and protecting its people, property & assets.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.) Provides support for the operations of all safety and security functions at all TPAC facilities.
2.) Provides security presence and guidance for the safety and security of guests and all employees. This includes building security and event security for Andrew Jackson Hall, James K. Polk Theater, Andrew Johnson Theater, and War Memorial Auditorium.
3.) Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting building, and access points; controlling personnel and guest entry into the facility.
4.) Maintains the security presence at TPAC Stage Door by identifying and verifying clients, TPAC employees or contractors working within the TPAC facilities.
5.) Staffs the Event Operations Center (EOC) during events and other times as directed to assist in the smooth function of events at TPAC and provide internal cooperation between departments.
6.) Helps to enforce and maintain the TPAC Safety Program. This includes elements of the local fire code, OSHA, building safety, NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code), AEDs, Basic First Aid & CPR training, and Covid 19 programs for pandemic detection & mitigation.

Objectives:
The PNC Bank Donor Lounge at TPAC is a valuable benefit for TPAC individual and corporate donors that allows them to engage and experience TPAC on a deeper level. The lounge is open 60 minutes before Broadway shows and features complimentary appetizers and drinks from TPAC's catering and beverage partners.
The PNC Bank Donor Lounge at TPAC is located on G-level of Andrew Jackson Hall.
1. Ensure seamless entry into the Donor Lounge by utilizing communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, direct, and engage with donors
2. Serve as a philanthropic ambassador for Tennessee Performing Arts Center
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, welcoming, and directing guests upon entry to the Donor Lounge
2. Maintain records of all guests entering Donor Lounge via scanning system and check-in process
3. Effectively communicate with members of the Development and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless donor reception experience
4. Keep host stand and Donor Lounge entryway organized
5. Assist with breakdown and cleanup of Donor Lounge once intermission has concluded
6. Maintain knowledge of TPAC fundraising operations and service and safety protocols while serving as a community-facing ambassador

1. Ability to handle stressful situations and stay calm under pressure. Positive attitude required.

Responsibilities:

Performs complete physical exams, obtains complete medical histories, and records findings.
Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
Orders (and, as appropriate, performs) appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
