Cons of working at SkyeTec

Short on pay lower then others in this field they give you raises based on you relationship with management not how well you preform for the company they tend to overwork every one who comes in the door with no regard for how much they use them

None they have no benefits the pay sucks the raises are less then a bare minimum normal and they don’t care about the employees or field staff

Nothing it’s all a joke to out more money in there pocket

Raises based on preformance along with taking care of loyal employees who have been there

Horrible the pay scale is way below once your in the door it’s below the bare minimum rais even with a good review and grading
