The Opportunity Manage the Outpatient Medicine (OM) administrative team to ensure the work being done aligns with the practice line's strategic plan. Manage and monitor operational performance and goals. Provide operational leadership, management, and oversight in the development of process improvement programs to address practice line performance. Identify issues in service and coordinates action plans with Physician leadership and the Practice Operations Director. Support the Practice Operations Director with the design, development, and monitoring of performance metrics. Collect and disseminate system process and best practices in cooperation with Practice Operations Director. Facilitate research and pilot of strategic programs and services that enhance operations in collaboration with Team and Practice Operations Director. Systematically deploy practice knowledge to encourage standard practice within the division. Support the clinical sites by assisting with startups, acting as support for a reasonable number of sites. Integrate Vituity resources and services to support, enhance and innovate practices. Support initiatives for regional activities and team meetings. Work with programs and innovation to support collaboratives by identifying sites ready for change, identifying resources to support, and presenting as requested. Ensure operational performance in collaboration with Practice Operations Director and the clinical team. Implement, coordinate, and execute policies and operational initiatives for division. Provide operational support including revenue cycle management, educational programs, and Business Development support. Required Experience and Competencies Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or related business, operations or healthcare field required. Five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, operations analysis OR a combination of education and experience showing demonstrated ability to meet expectations and ensure success of the role required. Must have two (2) years of management or progressive responsibilities with supervisory duties required. Expertise in healthcare and lean processes required. Master's degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or related business, operations or healthcare field preferred. Eight (8) years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, operations analysis preferred. Three (3) years of management or progressive responsibilities with supervisory duties preferred. Analytical and problem-solving skills required to synthesize multiple sources of information, objectively evaluate complex operations, and effectively communicate at many levels. Graduates find career opportunities in settings such as hotels, resorts, theme parks, convention and visitor centers, private recreation clubs, non-profit organizations, municipal parks and recreation departments, cruise ships, and meeting and event planning. TRS students take classes in a core curriculum that includes both a practicum and a semester-long internship. Students then select at least one option area that offers specialized classes in one of the two following options. The Opportunity

  • Manage the Outpatient Medicine (OM) administrative team to ensure the work being done aligns with the practice line's strategic plan.
  • Manage and monitor operational performance and goals.
  • Provide operational leadership, management, and oversight in the development of process improvement programs to address practice line performance.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or related business, operations or healthcare field required.
  • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, operations analysis OR a combination of education and experience showing demonstrated ability to meet expectations and ensure success of the role required.
  • Must have two (2) years of management or progressive responsibilities with supervisory duties required.
  • Expertise in healthcare and lean processes required.
  • Master's degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or related business, operations or healthcare field preferred.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $125,300 - $159,760, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
