THE WORK Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an Administrative Support opportunity supporting the Shelton CT Overhaul and Repair facility. The position will report to the Shelton O&R Quality Manager in the RMS Sikorsky line of business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Generate/update records for each branch of service using provided data from manufacturing/quality assurance within Sikorsky Overhaul and Repair (ex. Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, VH and Commercial.) • Interact with appropriate branches of the Department of Defense (DOD) to ensure accurate Maintenance Records. •Transfer of documentation to specific customers (ex. Coast Guard) for record retention purposes • Provide completed Log Cards to specific customers (ex. US Navy CH-53E) for their record retention • Submittal of scrap disposition into appropriate customer database systems (ex.
