What we are looking for: We are seeking an Outsourcing Props Artist to collaborate closely with both internal and external teams on 3D Props Assets creation for Cosmetics of the game. In this role, you will work with the producer on scheduling, coordinate with the internal development team to meet project needs and manage the delivery of assets from external vendors. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for external partners for a given area and must be extremely nimble, with strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to varying time schedules, evolving project needs, and non-traditional hours across different time zones. While the role includes managerial responsibilities, it is also hands-on, involving the intake and assessment of assets to ensure they meet the required standards. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback on art assets from the outsource to maintain quality and consistency throughout the project.
