It manufactures upholstery supplies, including anchor plates, batting and muslin products, buckles and ladder locks, air stair flooring products, elastic products, fabrics, fasteners, flat hooks, footman loops, hardware, hooks and loops, tapes, threads, tie-down fittings, twines, ventilators, webbings, and well nuts. Skandia also makes wire pin saws, including accessories and throat plates. It sells them online. Skandia began operation in 1983, with its headquarters in Davis Junction in Illinois. Skandia operates as a subsidiary of TransDigm Group as of July 13, 2018.
