Measures and records vital signs, reports deviations, and assists with medication management under nurse supervision. The Caregiver will report to Health & Wellness Director. The Caregiver is a per diem, non-exempt, hourly position. Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident's care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
