Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Home Care Warranty Specialist to join our team. In this position you will represent Richmond American Homes to our customers via phone and in person and will assist in remedying any Customer Service issues that may arise. Responsibilities Performing quality control walks and orientations. Scheduling worksite appointments with trades as needed. Verifying completion of warranty work for customers. Partnering with division Sales and Construction teams. Interacting with RAH vendors and suppliers. Requirements Experience in Homebuilding, Construction or Retail related customer service is desired. Successful candidates must be independent workers, customer focused and have a track record of effective problem solving and decision making accomplishments.
