RESPONSIBILITIES: The Adjunct Faculty will supervise patient care provided by students (usually 6 to 8 students in a group) enrolled in the Home Health Aide (HHA) program while they complete their clinical rotation in nursing homes and/or assisted living facilities. The incumbent(s) will coordinate in English with clinicians at the clinical site on student/patient assignments. The incumbent(s) will teach students in Spanish how to perform duties/skills in the clinical site, facilitate the development of critical thinking, and be available in the clinical site to answer student questions in Spanish.
