Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Military Training Manager 2 - Site Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) with our team at Fort Chaffee in Arkansas.
This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.
Responsibilities:
Manages the performance of the work of all Northrop Grumman and subcontractor personnel at that site performing work under this Task Order (TO) and has corporate decision-making authority to respond to TO requirements
Conducts regional scheduling, resource management coordination, training execution, property management, logistics, personnel management, and manages contractor continuing education training
Works collaboratively in concert with the TO Manager and the Mission Training Complex (MTC) Director, in direct support of the required TO training and technical missions
Serves as the principal point of contact with the MTC Director for technical requirements in the TO, and is the supervisor for Northrop Grumman and subcontractor employees assigned to the MTC
The Site Manager shall have full authority to act for Northrop Grumman on all matters relating to the daily operation of this Task Order at the Camp Atterbury location
The Site Manager or a designated alternate shall be available 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during normal operating hours, and will be available to meet with the MTC Commander in person or by phone within 45 minutes of notification during normal operating hours
During extended and 24-hour operations, the SM or designated alternate should be considered “on call” for emergencies or urgent issues that require SM decision/action
Basic Qualifications:
One of the following:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience
Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience
Background and experience:
military training and training support operations
logistics and property management
operations and training requirements at Division or higher level
training management
Army MCTSP
Must have served as either battalion or brigade commander or command operations staff officer (S3)
Graduate of Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education / Military Education Level 4 (ILE / MEL 4), Senior Service College, or equivalent military or DoD Civilian schooling
Must have a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)
Must be able to work on-site at Fort Chaffee in Arkansas
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Army MTC
Salary Range: $84,900.00 - $127,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES**

+ Monitors, measures and reports on operational issues, opportunities and assists the Site Manager develop and implement improvement plans.

+ Manages and develops direct reporting staff, including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating, setting and adjusting of hours of work, handling team member complaints and grievances, disciplining team members, planning and directing the work of team members, etc.
+ Ensures compliance with all internal company procedures and policies including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.
+ Complies with procedures set forth in team member handbook, safety handbook, cleaning procedure and Corporate Authorities manual.
+ Assists Site Manager in implementation of PSSI training programs including safety training and ERP.
+ Coordinates responses to any governmental or customer deficiencies.
+ Reports and investigates all accidents.
+ Monitors treatment of injured team members and assists worker's compensation in providing restricted duty work.
+ Serves as a liaison with PSSI's customers.
+ Attends sanitation meetings (e.g., production, USDA, audits, etc.) on behalf of PSSI with the customer.
+ Communicates customer responsibilities required for sanitation of the facility (e.g., maintenance needs, water pressure/temperature, customer provided supplies, etc.).
+ Submits corrective actions procedures to customer when necessary to remedy issues.
+ Follows-up with customers to ensure that problems are resolved to their satisfaction.
+ Acts as liaison with regulatory agencies as needed.
+ Is supported by Human Resources, Payroll and Technical Services with any government agencies (e.g., OSHA, ICE, EEOC, NLRB, DOL, etc.) matters.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
Ability to read, write, add and subtract; six (6) months to one year of related sanitation experience; general working knowledge of computers/technology (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word); ability to wear personal protective equipment; and ability to work in work environments with extreme temperature fluctuations. Yorktown Systems Group is currently seeking a qualified Site Manager to provide individual, leader, small unit, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the ARNG MCTSP. The ARNG MCTSP delivers individual and collective Mission Command system training in Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments to Battalions (BNs), Brigades (BDEs), and Divisions (DIVs) throughout the 54 states, territories, and District of Columbia in order to aid Commanders in achieving their Mission Command readiness objectives. The DA G 3/5/7 has designated the Mission Training Complex (MTC) as the vehicle for providing individual through collective MC training across the Army. The ARNG MCTSP currently operates six MTCs, each having its own designated region: MTC-Atterbury, IN, MTC-Chaffee, AR, MTC-Dodge, IA, MTC-Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, MTC-Gowen, ID and MTC-Leavenworth, KS. The six Regions collectively incorporate the 50 states, three territories and one district.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Shall conduct regional scheduling, resource management coordination, training execution, property management, logistics, personnel management, and manage contractor continuing education training.
Shall work collaboratively and in concert with the MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical missions.
Shall be accountable to the Task Order Manager (TOM).

Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, both internal and external
Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate customer personnel
Coordinate communications between Power and the customers to obtain the objectives of the service agreements.
Become familiar with the contracts so that all product support activity is billed to the proper account.
Daily coordination and direction of assigned Power service personnel and associated assignments to fulfill the objectives stated in the service agreements.
Regular firsthand communication with designated customer personnel to define the appropriate scope of work and schedule repairs to maximize machine availability.
Track machine hours and coordinate all PM services per agreement, working with customer to schedule to keep machine availability at the required level.
Coordinate periodic inspections of all machines under contract.
Follow-up on the inspections with the customer to coordinate any repairs that may be required.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-up through close of issue.
Participate in periodic meetings with customer personnel as needed.
Become familiar with and capable of researching known databases such as Fix as Fail campaigns, Komtrax, TSR's, TSI's and other technical information to assist in job preparation, scoping, and problem resolution.
Open and Close work orders as required.
Review and approve assigned field technician's service reports daily for accuracy, appropriate detail, supporting documentation such as pictures, etc. Review and update WIP report as it relates to specific job progress notes and other salient information. Job status should be accurately depicted and completed jobs should be closed on a timely basis.
Prior to closing jobs, make sure all service labor has been entered and ensure all parts returns and core returns are acknowledged and processed by Memphis parts department. In addition, for warrantable jobs, ensure failed parts are kept and proper documentation including pictures and documentation are sent to Memphis Service Department for processing.
Participate in monthly open job reviews and status reviews of service contracts with the General Product Support Manager. Concerns and issues should be addressed with VP Product Support and GM of Material Handling.
Communicate directly with manufacturers on problem resolution and status as required.
Make sure assigned field technicians are doing onsite inspection SLAM or specific customer site specific safety inspections in writing, hold a monthly safety meeting with field techs. Incorporate periodical in-person inspections of technicians on field jobs to review safety protocol compliance. Ensure necessary safety items are provided including lifting devices and proper PPE.

Qualifications
2-4 years proven experience as a call center leader or similar supervisory position.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Experience in patient or customer service is essential.
Working knowledge of Google suite.
Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures.

Position Summary

* Inventory Management:

* Plant Care:

* Sales and Customer Service:
