As a sales agent with SelectQuote Senior, You will speak to people who have responded to a variety of marketing campaigns, conduct an extensive needs analysis with these customers, and sell the Medicare products that meet their needs. You will also assist with enrolling customers into their insurance plans pending business needs.

Education and Experience:

Requirements:

2nd Shift: 02:45p-Midnight
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality assurance, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA and USDA standards.
Develop and implement safety programs to minimize workplace injuries.
Oversee production activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of orders.
Monitor and optimize production yields, minimize waste, and control costs.
Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
Manage and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and addressing employee concerns.
Develop and manage budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure profitability.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain open and effective communication with all levels of employees.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings (as needed).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferred
5-8 years of plant management experience in the food processing industry (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of HACCP, OSHA regulations, and food safety principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure all delivery specifications are met.
Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and adhere to all transportation laws.
