Cons of working at Signify Health

Very aggressive corporate culture- increased focus on profits: they try to pressure providers into upcoming patient diagnosis based on their medications and other nebulous variables. They also require you do more visits daily in order to get a raise. They have an antiquated scheduling system that sends you all over the map- wastes time/ gas…You almost always are late to the next person, get home late…Have to do a lot of in-home tests you are not paid for… Stay away- a temp job at best
